I believe interior design is about the whole person and harmonizing self with your environment.

Let’s face it, we are a product of our environments whether we like it or not! How we live, function, or not in our space inadvertently affects us today and or our kids and family tomorrow. We imitate what we see, and history only repeats itself! Surrounding yourself with things and an environment that make you happy brings you joy and serves all of your needs is what makes your place a home. Your home should look good, feel great and function well and work for you and not against you. Home is your sanctuary, your peace, and a place to live well and recharge.

Home starts with you Momma, you are the heartbeat of the home and what keeps everyone in rhythm. Your home should be intentional and made for you to focus, attract and manifest freely while allowing you to express yourself and your story. Designing spaces that support you is what brings you into balance, builds a strong foundation, and transforms you into harmony with yourself and your environment. This is when you start showing up, thriving, and living life with purpose.

My design philosophy:

Take what you love, what brings you joy and serves you right now, and design a space that serves you, looks pretty, and functions well! I believe that whatever it is, whether style, era, color, etc., can work or will work in your space with these few rules. 1. Use colors that evoke the emotions you want to feel or experience in your space. 2. Have a centralized theme to bring harmony to the design. 3. Use psychology-driven principles to make space work for you and not against you, with function and flow. 4. Have fun with textures and let your space tell your story! What matters is that you make it your own, love it and it continues to work for you. So, if your needs, desires and wants change or life happens to you, ride the current, heal what’s needed and change the space to match and this will keep you in perfect harmony.
